..........gradually once again to the long winter evenings.

Here in Cornwall on a cloudless day it is stretching out until at least 5.45 pm before daylight is lost.

We have just come back from a long walk in the countryside. Bright, sunny, crisp cold day with no wind.

Even in late afternoon, in the more sheltered spots there is still signs of the morning frost.

I'm quite sure that we wont get away with having many days like this, but at least spring is on it's way.

Here are a few pictures from Cornwall and Devon just to remind you what springtime looked like in past years. :)

Very nice pictures John.

It's been Sunny here in our part of the Scottish Borders too. A little chilly when that cloud covered the Sun but when it was shining you could definitely feel some heat.

I'm looking forward to being able to get out with the camera in the Spring to get some photo's taken.

I will post a few on here when I have.

The Road Not Taken

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

And sorry I could not travel both

And be one traveler, long I stood

To where it bent in the undergrowth;
