...what's with the message you sent me?

"Waz up, Troll?

Wanna dance with the 1 who can disable all?"

In response to the attitude (to me; confrontational = Troll {takes one to know one  }).

If one would kindly connect the USB drive and run a disk check; it would be a start.

Start the computer. Plug in the USB device. Click Start > Computer > right-click the drive (if available) > Properties > Tools > Error-checking (tick boxes highlighted in photo) > consent to whatever is presented.

I gotta go deal with another (real-life troll in a wheel-chair).

I'll be back in about an hour.

Idle conversation?

I tried to help early on and each reply to me came with a little bit extra information such that any and all responses from me were rendered pointless.

Remember that the only Windows 8 version available as of this date (5 August 2012) is Windows 8 Release Preview in the form of an ISO image. It is not the final version and is necessarily limited in its versatility, especially in respect of how it can be installed and used.

I am doubtful that this version of W8 can be used directly from a Flash drive without being loaded on to the hard drive of a computer.

The whole of this exercise is somewhat pointless anyway as the Release Preview has a limited lifespan and will be rendered useless a few months after the launch of the final (paid for) version.
