Boris
IMHO the Club SanDisk software is only a means for selling you more software from their "partners" (Ebay, Chrome, RoboForm, McAfee + GoToMyPC)http://www.sandisk.com/goto/ClubSanDiskUSB/- you can zap that. The Secure Access software creates a password-protected folder on your SanDisk USB flash drive, so you can "share selected files on your drive without exposing your most sensitive ones". Do you have any need of it ? I just zapped mine :D If for any reason you do develop a use for it in the future, you can download it from :- http://www.sandisk.com/products/software/secureaccess/

andsome
What's the difference between just deleting the Programs & Formatting? Also how do I Format?Go to My Computer with the drive plugged in. Right click the icon for it and select Format. This completely reformats the drive as though nothing had ever been on it. Deleting can leave residues.
