Of course there are other independent optical disk processing programs available which may be just as good but Nero is the one I am most familiar with. The Windows optical disk writer has caused me so many problems in the past that I am very reluctant to use it. Things may be improved nowadays but even so. johnoo Posted October 9, 2013 Author Report Share Posted October 9, 2013 Thanks to you both.Decided to give "Ashampoo" a try as I don't burn CD's often.Thought it might solve my problem of Portrait pictures being shown 90 degrees out of phase on my DVD machine, but it did not solve this issue, so I assume it's because it's an old DVD player, Panasonic S24 one of the first to play Jpeg files purchased in 2005.But must say "Ashampoo" worked OK & is very easy to use.Any more tips would be welcome in the meantime many thanks.
