Security Certificate Alert...

I have been (and again today) experiencing a very strange, spasmodic, recurring security alert: dub406-m.hotmail.com

It usually takes the broadband connection down eventually. It has occurred three or four times during the past four months. I am just hoping that it doesn't pop up again and take the broadband down, which involves a considerable time taking to the BT call centre in India - extremely frustrating! :censored:

Here are some 'snipping tool' clips of the alert:

I have 'installed' the certificate on a previous occasion and again this morning and had a successfully installed dialogue pop-up.

Does anyone have any idea what it might be? :uhm:
BTW: I do not use any hotmail at all.
