andsome Posted February 19, 2015 Report Share Posted February 19, 2015 My pointer has suddenly become very slow to move across the screen. I have adjusted the speed to fast, but this has made no difference. The batteries are good and the wheels inside are clean. The drivers are up to date. They said I could buy a new wireless mouse and if that did not do the trick I could return it. I pointed out that I would have to cut the packaging to get at it, and they said that that was no problem, they would still accept it back. What more can you ask of a store? Just tried the new one, and I could hardly see it on the screen it was so fast. Had to turn the speed right down low. I am now a very happy bunny. Thanks folks for all the replies.
