cinque8
Hello, I tried to delete one of my program files and I got an error message that said that I didn't have permission to delete the file. So I logged in as the Administrator and got the same message. I then logged in as Owner and got the same message. How can I delete this file? Thanks

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
In addition to Irene's link: never delete programs; always uninstall them properly!
cinque8
Thank you Irene, RealPlayer is now uninstalled. I was running RealPlayer 11 (I think) and the reason that I wanted to delete it is because something in the program had become corrupt and the player would not play any videos. Although RealPlayer is on my Vista startup disk, I don't see anyway of reloading RP only and RealTimes wants you to pay for a download. So I guess I will make do with VLC for the time being. And to the other moderator who said never delete a program but uninstall it, I will follow your advice. Thanks!
