In fact, I cannot persuade them to populate in the pop-up box in either IE11 or Firefox browser! They work fine in Safari and MS Edge. I've tried adjusting pop-up settings etc., all to no avail. To get the full selection (if you can see it), select categories - top right - and touch standard (there shoud be around 63 available). However, with Firefox and Edge, the whole header is sometimes greyed out and I have to hit the "Source" toggle button on the left to activate it.
