AlanHo Posted April 14, 2018 Report Share Posted April 14, 2018 Birmingham Town Hall hosts some concerts, recitals and other entertainment during the day, and Libby and I go fairly often as a prelude to some serious shopping. The resident organist, Thomas Trotter, has been performing there for 30 years and is a favourite of mine I was accused of retreating into my second childhood when a few weeks ago I bought us some tickets to see a performance by The Bubble Man. She really didn’t want to go – but came along as an excuse to do some shopping afterwards. It was 90 minutes of pure fun and escapism. Now a note for andsome. In the forthcoming attractions for the Birmingham Symphony hall there is a performance that you would possibly enjoy. andsome Posted April 15, 2018 Report Share Posted April 15, 2018 I would love to go to that concert, but my left ankle is playing up terribly at present, and causing a lot of pain.
