Ramya
I’m doing a research project for school, trying to see if there is an interest in a VR assisted technical support mobile application. My hypothesis is that technical forum users (solutions seeker and providers) would be a good target user base, especially for hardware support, where a live video feed is often worth a thousand words. Please share your thoughts.

Belatucadrus
I think that very few members here would use a real time system of any description, being of an age where having written instructions and the ability to pause and consider any problem whilst proceeding at your own pace to resolve it is preferred. They probably would not want somebody else hanging around pressurising them. I suspect that the younger generation used to Siri and such virtual assistants would be more receptive.
