Guest Shirley_Crabtree
no smoke with out fireMore like "No multi-million pound settlement out of court to make yet MORE people RICH from MJ's slightly wierd take on life"I very much doubt he is capable of most of the "charges" alleged against himself.I reckon that these allegations will result in ANOTHER large settlement...but no charges being proven..He has made himself a target in recent interviews..............silly sod that he is.Tony...If you're ever accused of Kiddy-fiddling I really hope that you're given a better defense than "There's no smoke without fire"Some people stand to gain/or lose Millions of dollars from the outcome of this case...The greediness of todays values make me want to weep .Michael Jackson never touched me...OK..And if the freak tried to I'd knock him out..End of!!! Tony
HiYes it may well be that these people are just trying to get an out of court settlement from MJ, and i am sure that we will never know the truth (again), cos MJ will probably pay them $20 million to keep them quite. But this is the second time it has happened now to my knowledge, and if i had been accused of this the first time i WOULD not of paid them all that money to keep them quite. I would of wanted my name cleared, Mud SticksTwo reasons why1- his name has never been cleared from the first actuation.2- it just opens the flood gates for more of the same. The mans life style is not a sane one, as far as i have seen from all the interviews he has totally lost his grip on reality (if he ever had one) who is to know what he sees as reasonable behaviour (hanging his baby out of a forth floor window( not reasonable behaviour))He just should not of put him self in the position to be accused of the same thing again.Just cos he is rich and famous does not mean that he is innocent & not capable of these things.I don't know what all the charges are that have been brought against him, i only know the main one, but i am sure that the police would not have acted the way did if they thought that it was all a total pack of lies.So we will all just have to wait and see what the out come of all this will be.On the other hand it could just be a weired publicity stunt, to get his name back in the media, cos his new album comes out next week, what do they say "there is no such thing as bad publicity" but this could be taking it a bit too far, but as i say who knows what happens in his head.all the bestTony
andsome
It, (MJ) is definitely totally weird, but it is still entitled to a fair trial before anyone says it is guilty.
-pops-
On the other hand it could just be a weired publicity stunt, to get his name back in the mediaHe is, we are led to understand, many hundreds of millions of dollars in debt.I also read he (or his lawyers) are"negotiating" his arrest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Excuse me????????????????????????????????????????????? Tony
Seeing how far it has gone now, i should not think that it is a twisted publicity stunt!Tony

Guest spikeychris
Don't think you can get an out of court anymore in that state. The law changed, it HAS to go to court.I think.

Guest Grim Reaper
i think that regardless of how much money one did or didnt have, if accused of such heinous crimes, a court case is needed. I for one would want to clear my name in a court of law in order to show the world that there was no substance in the accusations. There wouldn't even be a thought of an out of court settlement, ones reputation is far more important than a little bit or even large amount of money. If the man is guilty i hope he gets what he deserves, if he is not guilty i hope his accusers get what they deserve.....however i very much doubt wether we will find out the truth. If it goes to trial and he is found not guilty people will accuse him of buying the verdict, if he is found guilty people will scream witchhunt....its a lose lose situation for him. Tankus
Well one of wacko's former employee's seems to think that he is a bit dodgy . according to his story in Screws of the world And in the Sun Gay porn palFOOTAGE of Jacko with young lads that was seized by cops was filmed by a gay porn baron, it was revealed yesterday.Sleazy Marc Shaffel is thought to have shot reels of film of the singer with youngsters.A source said: “Police are suggesting this footage is damning. It would be pretty amazing if Jacko has done something sick and somehow it has been documented.”Shaffel is notorious for his hard-core gay sex films featuring actors picked because they look like under-age boys. He has become one of Jacko’s closest advisors in recent years and also helped produce his album Invincible.

Guest Grim Reaper
if true then yes it is nauseating, but isnt it strange how, just like in the john leslie case, people seem to come out of the woodwork and jump on the bandwagon in the hope of a little publicity. moon
After sending the girls shopping with his credit card, Jackson enticed the teenager into sharing a bath. Tankus
yep ...but then,..... whose ?In his own wordsTo my fans, friends and family:As you know, the charges recently directed at me are terribly serious. They are, however, predicated on a big lie. This will be shown in court, and we will be able to put this horrible time behind us.Because the charges are so serious, I hope you all will understand, on the advice of my attorneys, I will be limited in what I can say about the situation. There will be times when I cannot comment at all. No doubt, this will be frustrating for all of us.For that reason, I have set up this website to serve as a source of official communications on my case. Any statement that does not appear on this website must be considered unauthorized. You are right to be skeptical of some of the individuals who are being identified in the mass media as my friends, spokespeople, and attorneys. With few exceptions, most of them are simply filling a desperate void in our culture that equates visibility with insight. We will not engage in speculation. We will not provide running commentary on every new development or allegation du jour. We intend to try our case in the courtroom, not in the public or the media.I thank you all for your support and understanding.God bless you,Michael Jackson
Tankus
His defence lawyers are going to need a miracle of biblical proportions if they have to explain these quotes................... Not exactly from the font of truth ...but The MirrorMICHAEL Jackson last night insisted it was acceptable to sleep with children but claimed he would rather "slit his wrists" than hurt a child. When asked by reporter Ed Bradley of us TV network CBS if it was still okay to sleep with children given the charges against him Jackson said: "Of course. Why not?""We go to sleep, I give them hot milk. It's what the world should do.""
