ByGeorge
Today is another of those days where it is so great, just being an Aussie ;) Nothing emotional, unless you get emotional about sport, just about any sport.See, today symbolized another chapter in the history of Aussie sport. And why you ask? B) Today, Australian sportsmen and women took out five, yes 5, read it and weep, FIVE World championships today. It's not good enough just to win both junior Triathlons, but we had to win both senior ones too. That's 4, a clean sweep in one sport, and then there's the Women's Hockey Champions, the Hockeyroos, defeating all and sundry, including England, Korea, China, ..., to take the crown this afternoon. :whistling: But, hey, don't you ever forget, we let the poms have the world cup, just to show 'use all' that we're really nice down unda. :clapping:
