The thing was thrashed out, finally and there were errors of judgement made. -pops- Posted February 1, 2004 Report Share Posted February 1, 2004 I've just written this under another heading on the Forum.I am less than impressed recently by a number of threads that can be considered little more than incitements to mischief making (whether this one is or not, I'll leave you to decide).These petty arguments/disagreements/admonishment/et ceteras do nothing to promote the forum and, in the eyes of an outsider, may make Windows Forum appear to be populated by bickering ne'erdowells.C'mon guys and gals, keep your personal feelings to yourselves. If there is something you don't like about things not directly connected to the welfare/information of the forum, contact the persons concerned. Don't make it a free-for-all slanging match which can only end in lots of bad feeling and a lot of site space wasted - yes, may be I am contributing to that by this very act of writing now.I became a member here to be able to help out with computer problems and gain information - and in turn - a reciprocal arrangement as well. It was not to learn about petty personal comments between certain parts of the membership that have nothing to do with anyone except the people initially and directly involved.I am very disappointed.
