Sir Radfordin
For what benefit? I don't seem to have encountered any real problems in my life that would have been solved by any change to the date system.Would however do away with Friday the 13ths...but who cares about that? nellie2
I think we should do away with Mondays altogether and have two Saturdays in the week

Sir Radfordin
Nah sorry don't agree. My week goes like this. Sunday...Uni Day...Uni Day...Day Off...Day Off...Day Off...Saturday...Sunday and so on. Any more Saturdays and I'd go mad!

We have a friend who flies to America two or three times each year. She refuses point blank to sit in seat thirteen. She will not listen when we point out that if whoever is in seat thirteen gets blown up, she will too. She goes into a panic attack if two items of cutlery on the table even slightly overlap and look as though they are almost crossed. She will not arrange anything for Friday the thirteenth, preferring to stay indoors. I am sure that the thought of THIRTEEN months in each year would driver her to suicide.
