trackrat
In todays newspaper it stated that eating kangaroo meat is good for preventing heart disease, lowers cholesterol helps prevent diabetes etc.So is this why Drovers dog has such a glossy coat and wet nose. nellie2
It's probably good for the heart because you have to catch your kangaroo first..... I should think you would have to be mega fit to catch a kangaroo.
moon
...unless you're some fat drongo with a beer gut, a 4x4 and a night sight. The abbo does it on foot.

-pops-
I remember Tescos used to do Kangaroo burgers, only ever tried them once. Maybe it's time they started stocking them again. :drool:I tried those. I found them quite strong tasting (not unpleasant) but very dry. Need a load of oily sauce on them - then that defeats the supposed health benefits :(
artist
Yes - a bit dry. Not bad. Tried Ostrich too. Had to NOT think of their long eylashes - so pretty! :D
