Damo
Anyone into casinos?I've been using The Spin Room for a few months now and won a fair bit aswell. There are no downloads, the games are played in your browser, all you have to do is sign up and you can play either for money of just for fun. This is a fully established casino, not a rip off, it's part of the Victor Chandler Group.Damo

djohn
Yep! member of the Grosvenor casino group. Never take more than £50.00 with me on any visit and play roulette. Last month I popped down with my wife on the Wednesday evening and won £2800 went back the following night and won £4600.Total expense and loss since Jan. of this year. £450.00 Winnings £11200.. Not a gambler by any means and don't go very often but very lucky when it comes to hitting the right number on the wheel. Only ever play the set numbers of 5-8-10-11-23-24. Start off with a £1.00 split on the 6 numbers and increase if I win..

djohn
Just lucky with numbers Tankus. :) Since the Lotto started we have played every week and there are not many weeks that go by without us winning £10.00 for 3 numbers. Had 4 numbers on 50 occasions ranging from £35.00 to £164.00 the latter one was [i think the 10th week of the game and one of the highest payouts for 4 numbers]We only do 4 lines each play and often have all 6 numbers but never on the same line. The nearest we came to it was last year. A £20.00 win on 1 ticket we had the first 3 numbers on the first line and the second 3 numbers on the third line :( Numbers used if you want to try the combinations are 5-8-10-11-23-243-6-15-19-44-45 and 19-30-27-35-47-49 + a lucky dip!

You will not believe the amount of money that changes hands at the independent totes .....bundles ... in a briefcase ....
djohn
Strange thing is I never have a bet on anything except the "Grand National" and haven't done that for the past couple of years. The Casino is a nice drive to the coast from where we live and has one of the best restaurants in the area. Really plush surroundings, silver service and sumptuous food. there are 20 tables for dining and one waiter for two tables so you just look in his/her direction and they come over immediately.Thats the main reason we go there, it's a treat and one of the few we have now since my illness. We did go away for 4 nights last year [First holiday away from home in ten years] but the effort was far more than the enjoyment of the break, I couldn't wait to get home even though the accommodation was first class, I just felt insecure. :(

Smiffy99
For those that understand Roulette here is my "method" I will start with a single chip (I dont mind the amount as it is not important to the method as you will see) on both the first dozen and second dozen. This allows you to cover two thirds of the board (24 out of 37 numbers) and effectively puts the odds as far into your favour as I think is possible. If the number that comes up is anywhere between 1 - 24 (excl 0) you have won at 2-1.So, that means from your two chips you loose one but gain two, in effect winning one chip of the same value as your original stake. It does not end there though - Should you lose (i.e. the ball lands in the last dozen or zero) you would place the same bet (1st and 2nd Dozen) but increase your stake by doubling your original number of chips and adding one chip so-say I had one chip on the 1st and 2nd dozen and lost, the next spin I would have three chips on the first and three on the second dozen. If I lose I have lost (in the two spins) eight chips total. (2 lost fist spin and 6 on second)If I win I collect (pick up) nine chips (3x2 plus original 3 chips stake) - (Total "lost" is 5 chips total "won" is six chips not including winning stake)Again, this continues in the same vien if I lose so it would run from three chips each doz to seven chips, to fifteen chips etc, each time doubling my original stake and adding one.Say you lose four times in a row (HIGHLY unlikely as you are covering 2/3rds of the board) but win on the fifth spin it would look like this - Total chips lost = 2(2 bets of 1) + 6(2 bets of 3) + 14(2 x 7) + 30(2x15) = 52 "lost"Win on fifth spin with a bet of 31 on 1st and 31 on second (double stake of 15 and add 1) means you would collect a total of 93 (all your previous bets as above pluse one "lost" bet on this spin) chips from the board having lost only 83 = a profit of 10 or 2 chips for each time the wheel has spun. You can continue this ad infinitum PROVIDING that you do not exceed the table limit for a bet on the dozens (usually £250) and so if you start with a £1 stake you can only go to £127 or seven spins before the "system" fails (as you cannot double the stake and add one after £127 as it would be over limit i.e. £254.Can be a little boring but as a means to an end it works! You just have to make sure you have enough to start with to follow it through for all seven spins to give yourself the best chance as to have a table come in on one set of twelve numbers seven times in a row or more is pretty remote. Then again, so is becomming a multi millionaire from gambling!I did however have some success at this in London (Shaftesbury Ave Casino) where after being made redundant I went on a bender (La Gavroche + Casino - La Gav cost £400 for a meal for two!!!!) I ended up over £12,000 up after playing three tables at the same time!
