Agent Smith
I can confirm that Rebel is on the right trackHowever, perhaps we should consider giving David a handOr should we really blame the English Rugby Team?
ranger
On the subject of match officials, I seem to remember hearing about a controversial incident with a Russian linesman in the 1966 World Cup Final, I wonder if a price was put on his head

ranger
to be honest guys, I find this scary that a national news station give ways to get at this referee, it's nationalism gone mad, how long before we have the lynch mob out, from what I have heard there has already been some Portugese nationals premises damaged in some places in England, how wrong is that, christ! you won't find a more passionate follower of football than me and yes I get dissapointed and frustrated when dodgy refereeing decisions go against my team, but I am not going to go bombarding that ref with emails or attacking premises belonging to someone who supports the other team, as well as being wrong it's f*****g madness and does no favours for football or the ordinary England/football fan, it only gives more credence to the neds and hooligans. rant over
Sir T Fireball
He can't be all bad. He let Borussia Dortmund beat Man Utd back in '97 :P
moon
Without instant replays wallies like this will continue to spoil the high-level game. The keeper was beat, Terry's arm didn't impede him, and besides, the goal was disallowed for 'pooshing'. What pooshing ? You can't tell me that England's defeat of Switzerland didn't have some subconscious effect on a Swiss ref. :D Why didn't he consult his linesman ?Ask yourself- would you feel comfortable if this guy was given charge of the Final ? :D
