deleted notepad

Recommended Posts

It's a shame really, in the old days, it used to be "postcardware". All the author asked, was that if you liked the program then to send him an unusual postcard for his collection. He was Dutch, and by all accounts had postcards from just about every country in the world.

One small point of note for anybody who uses the program. By default it will minimise to the system tray when you close the program. This is fine until you try to delete a txt file which you have recently opened, and then you get an access denied message. You can either right click the editpad icon in the systray and then delete the file, or , as I prefer, go into the Editpad options, and stop it from minimising to the systray.

andy, you talking about sfc /scannow

He probably is.

Just put in the Windows XP disc and stop it from auto running. Click on Start/Run and type sfc /scannow then click ok. Leave a space between sfc and /.
