mplayer32.exe is associated with Windows Media Player. Do you know which version of this you have? It may be worth updating to a later version if possible.

You could well find your lack of hard drive space is causing your error, as with just 137mb free there aren't enough free resources, can you clean out any unused programs , temporary internet files etc and run disc clean up.

I think windows needs 15% free space before it can do a defrag.

now i have about 8 GB free on my harddisk and i defragmented it.but my problem is not resolve yet ! my PC still works very slow ... and in Task Manager don't appear those buttons /tabs : Applications , Processes , CPU usage etc... and i can't understand why ! some weeks ago it had no problems !

( my PC has 256 MB RAM )

Do you have any ideas how to recover my PC speed ? ( i have some programs that starts automatically after my OS - Windows 2000 - is loaded : winamp.exe , etc. ; could these programs be the problem ? )
