However, it is always a bit deceptive because I live in a 4th floor flat with Velux windows and skylights. Even the lightest bit of drizzle can sound like a downpour. On waking this morning decided it sounded bad enough to stay in bed...only to get up a couple of hours later to find it nice and sunny...if still a tad windy. It's a good job she did as we had five pieces of 2x4 inches of cement on the drive from next doors gable end.
