expertec
What a great constructive, positive comment from andsome :) If any of you folks were online that long ago, share your memories of it :throw:
rong
I still use the search engine, as it comes up with different sights, and in my opinion is sometimes better than google. Depends what you want.

It was merely a statement of fact. What should I have done, wished them a happy birthday?? :birthday: :birthday: :birthday: :groupwave: :groupwave: :groupwave:
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
... What should I have done, wished them a happy birthday??How about wishing them Good Riddance...? Now they have even infested my Adobe Reader 7 with ads! (No, not the Internet search bar, but the Ad bar - see below).

Why not uninstall it and reinstall it, watching carefully for this feature. I know that I recently updated a program and noticed this feature. I feel sure that it was Adobe reader. I am 200% sure that I unchecked them both. No, what I mean is the Ad bar on the top-right corner that starts withthen starts rotating ads such as the Y@h**! toolbar, or Try Acrobat for Free, etc. I don't mind Adobe's own ads in their free Viewer, but I resent having to look at the Y@h**! logo. andsome
I too have Adobe 7, but do not suffer this problem. Something has gone wrong somewhere. Why not uninstall it and see what happens? I did install the photo album option, but as I don't use it I think I will get rid of it.

But, it's only visible when the Window is maximized. Do you really don't have it there...?
expertec
This is what mine looks like:
andsome
It exists in the corner, but as I said I do not have any bother with it. It will only run if I want it to, it certainly does not rotate adverts
-pops-
I'd never noticed the Yahoo icon on my Adobe Reader. Yes, it is there and when I hover over it all I get is "Search the Internet with Yahoo". Apart from that, it sits there alone and un-cared for :(

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Sorry to have sidelined the Y@h**! celebration into a Adobe Reader issue. The AR Ad bar "rotates" ads about every 10 minutes. So if you don't keep it open that long, you won't see anything but the initial Adobe Reader 7.0 logo.
expertec
Oh yeah it does.... "Create an Adobe PDF Online", "Get the free Yahoo! Toolbar" never noticed them before.
