catgate
In view of the apparent demise of the "NP Photo Comp." how about a Limmerick Comp. Same sort of rules. Start with a first line, send in a completed limmerick, judged on line. winner produces first line of next comp. All we need is Craig blessing and someone with the organising ability of Rebel and were off.Try this for the first session:-"A young lady stood outside the co-op"
catgate
I had just posted the above when I saw that the "Photo Comp" had re-emerged without me being obsevant enough to pick it up. So what to do..do I remove my idea or not?
artist
No - leave it there - don't know how far it will go though - limericks tend to get a bit rude. :P

AlanHo
I can remember a slightly unpleasant one from my childhood days. The boy stood in the burning dockPicking his nose like furyThen rolling it into little ballsAnd flicking it at the jury. The version I heard - which I understand is quite authentic - sees the lad on a burning deck (not dock) picking his nose like mad - rolling it up in little balls - and flicking them at his dad. He is more likely to have his dad on board then a complete jury - think about it.
