deuces wild
1,000+ miles from the Gulf coast and hurrican Katrina has hit us already.Heavy rain forecasted until late day tomorrow. It started at about 1 p.m. today.Gasoline pricing expected to jump from $2.33/gallon to $3+/gallon because of the damage to the Gulf oil rigs.Edit: I could not attach a thumbnail pic for some reason. joysness
Stay safe deuces. It has been a devastating storm. I am heartsick every time I see pictures of the damage in Louisianna and Mississippi. :(
Scarecrow Man
Rain just started here in Canada (near Toronto) at 12am Aug 31. Hard to believe a hurricane can travel that far. I hope everyone is prepared and no injuries or deaths result from this.
andsome
To my mind there is no doubt about it. Overall the weather all over the world is rapidly getting more severe in one way or the other. I feel so sorry for the people who have suffered. There have been some terrible scenes on TV. deuces wild
Things were not too bad up here other than heavy rain and spotted flooding. It is the folks down south who got hit hard. Many lost everything. :(
