andsome Posted September 27, 2005 Report Share Posted September 27, 2005 Last Christmas I bought 'Er indoors a short painting holiday to be taken this week. I am going along as a non painting guest. So we will be in the wilds of Matlock for three days. Be good while I'm away, you can look at my picture every day. We set off after lunch. She is really looking forward to it, it is organised by a professional water colour artist, who will be giving lessons on landscape techniques. It is in the village of Cromford, four miles south of Matlock. I shall be able to get out and about and have a good walk, while 'Er indoors gets on with the daubing. Only got in via a link from Craig on Neo Digital. 'Er indoors was well chuffed with the course, she has had a really good time. I attended the evening demo's and also went to visit the artists home and studio. We bought two originals from him.
