Chris
Install this update to add a Tools tab to the System Configuration Utility (msconfig.exe). The Tools tab will allow further diagnostic tools to be launched from within the System Configuration Utility. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.More | Here

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Found KB906569 this morning and installed it. However the new tab won't show in msconfig, even after a reboot. I do have the prerequisite XP-SP2, and the KB906569 hotfix also shows as installed:Tried to upload a screenshot of Add/Remove Programs and the msconfig panel, but I'm getting the following errorThe requested file upload failed because suitable permissions have not been enabled on the 'uploads' directory. Please contact the board administrator and inform them of this error.
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Deleted a very old msconfig.exe from C:\WINDOWS, then added C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries to the PATH, and all works well now.I will start a new topic in the Forum forum about the upload problem.
