(My father passed away at age 52 and he worked to pay off the house with no real vacations for us 5 kids.......my Mom died penniless as all her money went to a nursing home...........I am taking a different tack on life........live for today but save for tomorrow.............there is a balance. ;) )Anyway....................As a surprise gift for my wife (she is very practical) I was thinking of an heirloom quality set of kitchen knives and cannot get past the quality of the JA Henckel's 'Pro S' series knives. I have yet to read anything bad about these knives and the come with a lifetime warranty.Does anyone here have any experience with these knives? Doing so indicates aggression towards the recipient.The way to get around this is to sell knives at a nominal amount of the lowest value legal coin.
