Belatucadrus Posted July 26, 2006 Report Share Posted July 26, 2006 They're planning on being behind schedule despite the fact that they've downgraded one of the planned venues as the bid winning plan has been deemed too expensive and extravagant. So we're going to revise the plan post acceptance, downgrade and schedule late completion before we begin. Why do I see another Wembley on the horizon ?
