You should be able to just press the PrtScn key on its own and then paste the image into a graphics programme.

On my keyboard - there are extra keys compared with a basic keyboard and the function keys serve a dual purpose - I first have to press a selection key (marked Fn) to select the second role of the function keys and the key used for PrtScn.

The above was saved as a PNG doc and posted fie, so there should be np problems with a JPEG.

Message was that uplad failed, file too large, so it looks as thought JPEGS need reducing.

Upload worked after reducing.
