It hasn't stopped them sending cards and presents in advance though.One gift that arrived in the post this morning was a miniature vacuum cleaner powered from a USB port. It has a long soft plastic "snout" and the blurb claims it is ideal for safely removing dust from the inside of your computer - including the processor heat sink, cooling fan enclosures and blades. At first I thought it a bit of harmless frippery - but on second thoughts it could do more harm than good.To clean my computer with it I would have to have it running in order for the USB to be powered. I don't fancy poking a long plastic snout around live innards - do you? andsome Posted March 14, 2007 Report Share Posted March 14, 2007 I use a mini vacuum cleaner to do inside mine, together with a can of compressed air to dislodge the muck.
