I've always relied on my Rubber Bible "Handbook of Chemistry and Physics" Published by the Chemical Rubber Company, my copy is the 56th Edition 1974 and is only2.75 ins (7.5 cms) thick. It has served me well over many years but is a bit of a pain - as well as heavy - trying to follow a subject through especially flicking from section to section and back.
