I am writing in respect of a foreigner who happens to be my client an oil merchant and contractor (Mr.Mark Koch) On the 27th of January 2002,my client,his wife and their three children were involved in Ikeja bomb blast here in my country. My client and his family unfortunately lost their lives.Since the demise of my client I personally have watched with keen interest to see the next of kin but all has proved abortive as no one has come to claim his funds of US$15.6m and all the relevant documents in the bank has no record of any next of kin. He too was an Oil millionaire and they couldn't trace any other relative but me.
