Someone on the council has a sense of humour - or not. His word obviously goes though.

Tasteless! Could have at least hung a bit of tinsel from its tail.

Hung a bit of tinsel from it's tail?...........Sorry, but I just can't see Christmas connection with a Cow's A*** sticking out, halfway up a wall!!!??? Off course I might be missing something.........huh...? :lol:

Hmmmm... I wonder, if placing a lighted match to the omitted gasses, will it have the same effect as it does with a real cow??? - Not that I have tried it or anything, but I remember stories of this, from the eighties, with real cows!? I hope, for our bovine friends sake, that it does NOT start a new trend with adolescent males in Scotland and real cows! <--- It would give the poor sheep a break though, come to think of it!!! :lol:
