I once saw that sign on the back of a white (Dirty) truck when I was driving down the A1, it read 'Make love not War, apply driver for details'.

The A1 must specialise in mucky white vans with writing on the back.

I saw one that said "I wish my bird was as dirty as this"

The driver must have kept chickens.

The most common one I have ever seen on a dirty white truck is 'Also available in white'. :D

It's the muck sprayed up from the vehicles they are tail gaiting that makes them so mucky.

No, it's the air that is forced under the truck as it moves forward, this causes an updraught at the rear of the vehicle as it comes out from beneath the chassis. :D
