Can be a bit of a pain for a few days as the HIPS system learns a suitable rule set for your PC, but IMHO the best of the free anti spyware progs. But remember it's your choice & your responsibilty. Personally, before installing any new programme (so this doesn't include updates to existing ones) I always do a search using something like "(prog name) + reviews" to get a broader picture.
