There's one that says Reply and under that is box that says Options. Options is a drop down menu that doesn't mention attachments. There's an item across the top that says View New Posts, but that shows us new posts since my last visit.Attachments is presumably something like the item of that name on Outlook Express. And no mention of Attachments anywhere on any posting screens that I can see.Is this another of those directions that apply to subscribers only?Please be helpful and spell it out in detail for the sake of dummies like me... catgate Posted May 3, 2008 Report Share Posted May 3, 2008 Go to new "New Topic" or "Reply" and before or after entering your text slide down to the bottom of the screen and you should see the following;-Click "Browse" and the navigate on your computer to the desired item. When the name of your file appears in the little box click "Upload". The whirly thing will wizz round for a moment or two and when it has stopped you can click "Manage Current Attachment". Dencandy Posted May 7, 2008 Report Share Posted May 7, 2008 Nickster, are you using IE7? Sometimes there are problems with it the first time it is installed. These are often solved by uninstalling it, then downloading a fresh version & installing that. Also before running the installation disconnect from the internet & switch off anti-virus & anti-malware programmes. You'll need to reconnect and switch these utilities back on to complete the final stages of the set up.Anyway, thanks for your original question, it solved a big one for me also.
