Irene
This should be handy for anybody feeling the pinch this Christmas. Overdraft :lol:I'd have to pinch myself if the bank wrote and told me that I had an £84m overdraft!.

AlanHo
I had a letter from my bank yesterday advising new "low" overdraft interest rates and to confirm they have increased my overdraft limit from £5,000 to £10,000. The letter goes on to say that if this is insufficient I should apply for an increased amount.I didn't ask for the new limit, have never in my life used an overdraft and have no intention of starting now.It just seems strange they should double my overdraft limit and entice me to use it in the middle of the current credit crunch etc

catgate
That brings up the question of the relationship of an underdrawing to the overheads, and other lofty ideals.
