andsome
The mind boggles Pat. Almost certainly something to do with the EU.
artist
This doesn't surprise me. We are hemmed in with rules and regulations!! These seem to be made up by people with nothing better to do. Of course there has to be laws but where has common sense gone!!
catgate
It all makes perfect sense to me. It is a well thought out plan by our beloved and infallible leader Gordonov Brownski. We do not want people in this country who might not be capable of keeping the output of tractors at the high levels we require, in order to keep our economic statistics on course. What would we want with another dentist. We already have well over a dozen in the country.
Belatucadrus
It wasn't too long ago in geological terms when our glorious leader was promising to cut red tape. His failure in this field is as total as we have come to expect from this verbose and turgid man.
