Reading through the list in the Post section of the Telegraph I think everyone that I would have added is already on the list. :D

Most of them I would fasten together on a chain gang and then put to hard physical labour rebuilding the country that they have ruined. After they had done it to my satisfaction I would then keep them chained up to do the maintenance.

Kicking them out is a bit like hanging a murderer. It is a quick way out. Their lives should not be ended but they should be compelled to live all the rest of it in a endless operation of forced reparation.
