catgate Posted May 29, 2009 Report Share Posted May 29, 2009 I just happened to see this as I was trawling...David Lammy, Minister for Intellectual Property ....What goes on in the minds of those who are "in charge"?I can only imagine he is supposed to be in charge of notional second homes, because intellect, like integrity, is totally absent around No. 10 and not one of them would recognise either if it hit them in the face.
