andsome
I have the latest version of C Cleaner in Windows 7. Suddenly this morning it is taking ages to clean. It sticks of 6% for ages then suddenly goes across. I have uninstalled it and then downloaded a fresh copy, but the result is still the same. :D
-pops-
Not noticed that with Ccleaner but have with a video file joining program (FFSJ) where it goes to about 25%, hangs around for a while and then zooms to the end. Overall, I think it is no slower than it used to be, just looks as though it is.
andsome
It's only started this morning. Normally it scrolls across in s few seconds, now it is taking possibly up to 30 seconds, having reached 6% in a flash. :D

Problem solved, I wonder if there was any problem with the Java download. :D
