doug
Quite a good test except the doc file wont open for me using OO
AlanHo
DougIt's a perfectly standard .doc file originally saved in Word XP a few years ago. It is not in the new Office 2007 .docx format so I am not aware why it will not open in Open Office - It does open in OO on my wife's computer. AlanHo
Now for a .doc file I preferred yesterday's doc - about giving up Non-Smoking Blimey - you were quick on the draw - I only left it on the forum for two minutes before deleting it. Or - are you perhaps able to still look at deleted posts.............
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Oh - now I have inadvertently given away a secret; that some members can still see the contents of the Trash Can. (Not that I am in the habit of examining dust bins, but I was looking for a deleted test post of my own.)

AlanHo
I once heard that from the back row in a picture house many many years ago.,That reminds me of the time I took a spinster to the pictures - which was very crowded.Half way through the film she nudged me and whispered "this man next to me is playing with himself"I told her that he must be a perv and to ignore him.She replied "I can't - he's using my hand"
catgate
I wonder if he was the chap that went into a shop and said," I would like a flat cap please". The young lady behind the counter said, "I'm sorry sir, we only sell ladies things."Whereupon he replied,"OK, I'll take two, please."
