Last week it stopped part way down,and needed the button pressing again. After it happened a couple more times I phoned the fitting company. He said that at the bottom of the door was a small box containing two lithium AA batteries,and they needed replacing. He told me they were £30 each and offered to send me two. I phoned the manufacturer,and they confirmed the diagnosis and advised me to look on line. I bought two for £2.95 each plus carriage. He must have thought I was barmy.
