Australia, all Citizens HAVE to Vote!!!2. UK, you can Vote if you want!3. USA, you can Vote if you want!4. A Forum is percieved as encouraging People to Vote!5. Two or more Forums are considered the same!6. How would we deal with the above?7. Best bet is to restricty their output, particularly in General Discussions and Jokes, they can really destroy a Canditates Chances8. We get really smart, just make Owners comply with what we say!!!!9, When we get reelected, we let them do whatever they want!10.
