It would eventually lead to everyone being held in prison, where we could all be legally tranquilised (instead of having to do it "accidentally through polluting drinking water) and we could then just be let out, on a shift system, to work, to produce the money needed to keep the Westminster trough full, and, when needed, fight wars for the US.It would reduce road congestion too. Prison, by definition is a place in which to "rehabilitate" the offenders, not punish them. It seems like that's all prisons do these days. If we really wanted to rehabilitate them, we wouldn't segregate them from society.. We'd force them into it. As for the DNA thing, they want to have records of EVERYONES DNA on file, therefore if there is a crime, the wrong doer could be quickly identified, and an innocent person would be proven innocent, but do you really want the government to have your DNA on file, to be able to call it up and match you for a murder at any time?Not me.
