-pops-
Something odd going on here. Like the Java update saga of yesterday (reported here), on checking on my current Adobe Reader 6 I am told there are no updates.

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Setup has detected that you already have a more functional product installed. Setup will now terminate.Great - that's what I'm getting when trying to upgrade from the 7.0 beta.
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Uninstall & new install fixed the problem. The good news is that the Asian Font Pack for 7.0 is now also available at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/acrrasianfontpack.html. Adobe reader 7 :)Don't forget to choose language and platform before downloading, don't bother with the two extras, just remove the ticks, it will find your current version and install over the top. HUGED1
pops & andsome. I found the box & d/l OK but will not install on WinME. Requires a newer version of Windows. Don't know if that helps either of you?Ed.
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
If you select a Windows system earlier than Win2K-SP2, then you will automatically be directed to the Adobe Reader 6.0.1 download. From andsome's profile I see that he has XP-SP2, so that doesn't seem to be the problem.Interestingly, when I go to the download place it looks quite different:Don't know what went wrong with andsome's download attempt. But since AR7 is now available all over the Internet, it is not really a problem.
