Even the fast food places have reacted with more and more of them offering salads and low fat meals on thier menus.We rarely eat fast food burgers and fries....if we get fast food it will be Chinese, subs or pizza.....and that is only generally once every 2 weeks.I used to travel the US extensively and always loved my visits to New England (Maine) with double lobsters a normal meal for the evening. Basically it does mean a baby so young that it is still on mothers milk or bottle formula. It's a very well known expression in the Midlands.
