MAILWASHER. You can click on Mailwasher and view the e-mails while they are on your server. Any you don't like can be put into a blacklist file and marked for deletion. After that they will automatically be ticked for deletion from that source. You can right click and read any doubtful e-mails in text only, with absolutely NO FEAR of getting a virus. E-mails from sources that you trust can be delegated as from friends. Do not however allow bouncing, you can stop this when you configure the program. Bouncing just show that the spammers have found a genuine address. I swear by the program.

Be careful. I reviewed this product not too long ago, and ended up removing it after it caused me many hours of grief.

I should add I was using Thunderbird. I did not test with OutlookExpress or Outlook. Just make sure to export all mail to a PST file before you install. A system restore point couldn't hurt either.
