doug
Just back after a few days down in Salisbury. We had a false start on our flight down last Sunday night. Almost made it to the 'plane. Wife and I were being transported by the Ambulift from the airway to the plane - she on her electric buggy. The vehicle did a sharp left hand turn and through her onto the wall and floor on the right. We missed the plane while wife was transported by ambulance to Newcastle General. She was X-rayed and checked out for concussion have being violently sick after the accident. She was discharged and we arrived back home at 00:08 Mon morning. Got flight tickets changed and resumed the journey on Monday night. This time they transported her by coach to the plane with the buggy on board. I see there's a lot to catch up on and I've got a lot of collecting to do for my sponsorships. What a traumatic year we have had!
