As has been stated, several of us have tried the program, and did not get on with it. You mention yet again, the fact that we should have uninstalled the old program before installing a new one. I pointed out that I not only uninstalled properly, but also cleaned up afterwards. I ALWAYS do this if a program has given me trouble. Pleas don't adopt an attitude with us, we don't like it.
