deuces wild Posted July 20, 2006 Report Share Posted July 20, 2006 .......for vacation on Saturday. I have been busy with work lately and have not posted here too often. We are leaving for an 8 day vacation on Saturday for Put-In-Bay/South Bass Island ( http://www.putinbayphotos.com/ and http://www.putinbay.com/ ) and we can't wait.We will be trailering our 20 boat to jump between islands, go to some beach and take the kids (18 and 21 year olds ) tubing. My son has a camp site at the State park and will be staying there with 3 of his friends. We will see him every day as his troop will be heading to our cabin to be fed or to grab some food for their grill at the campsite.My daughter will be staying the weekend with us along with 2 of her friends but leaving on Monday due to summer school demands. I think she plans to come back up later in the week.We are going with our best friends but our cabins will be several miles apart (we tried to reserve side by side cabins at one site on January 2nd but were turned down). We don't eat out much so the menu will basically be hot dogs, hamburgers and sandwiches. We just like to chill and relax.Any, most of the nonperishable food is packed, as are kitchen and bathroom provisions, clothing, camping supplies and bikes (on bike racks).It is truly amazing how much work it takes to get ready to go on vacation to relax.......and we are just about ready. ;) B) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
